• Cleaning: Hand-wash in warm soapy water, dry with a soft cloth, polish with a drop of olive oil or moisturiser.

We want you to love your driftt resinware. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please read our returns and refunds process below.

Returns

• You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• To start a return, please contact us at info@farfetchedtraders.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• We carefully check every piece before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

• Delivery within Australia: Usually 3–7 business days depending on location.

• Claymilk – Milky brown and opaque white, soft and soothing.

• Earthen – Brown with creamy swirls, organic and timeless.
