returns and exchanges

• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Far Fetched Traders, you may return the product to us in it's original "new and unused" condition within 7 days of the goods being purchased or dispatched. New and unused means, all original tags attached and unused.

• If returned in 7 days and in new condition you will be able to exchange your product or receive a credit note.

• You must provide us with reasonable proof of purchase to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product that you have purchased from us. This may be:

1. Invoice or receipt or delivery note for online purchases.

• We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements.

• Please note that all sale Goods are non-exchangeable or refundable unless the item is faulty.

• Non-returnable items include:

1. Sheet Sets and Cushions​,

2. Goods on sale or promotion including sold "As is",

3. Gift Cards.
